If it does not go to plan

If you change your mind: Surrender it within 5 minutes of claiming

Nothing is paid and it’s not counted against you. The ACT goes back on the board, and it is not offered to you again.

If the Agent cancels after you claim: 25% of the Commission

Paid to you. A claimed ACT is a commitment, not a free option.

If you stop for safety reasons: 25% of the Commission

Paid to you, and it never affects your rating. You are the one on the ground.

Before you claim

Parking, tolls and your own transport are your cost, not the Agent's. The exact address is shown once you claim; until then, Kensington is where this ACT is.
